About Us

In the Beginning:

Digital Turf Imaging (DTI) is a DBA of Digital Concrete Imaging, Inc. (DCI) When DCI was formed, it was to encompass all applications of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). However, as we marketed to the Golf Industry, Superintendents would shy away immediately because of the name. So, we started DTI with a completely different marketing plan and focus.

The Growing Years:

As we started a few courses here and there, we mainly would just locate flush outs and outfalls, find a few irrigation lines or other utilities and that was as far as our ideas went. Then, we noticed a trend in speaking with Superintendents about other issues they wished they could resolve or prove, if they could just look under their greens! We tested a few greens a few hundred times to find the right combination in providing 3D services and putting the whole "picture" together.

Where we're going:

Now and in the future, we work closely with Superintendents to get true answers to the health of their greens. GPR is a great tool in locating subsurface issues. With other technologies such as GPS, Google Earth and the new functionality of tablet PC's, our service is enhanced ten fold. These technologies are only getting better and more accurate. Ask us where we see ourselves in the next year and you might be surprised!

Team Bio:

	Bryan Bacheller (President) With over 11 years in interpreting GPR and managing thousands of surveys, Bryan has seen many ways of providing data to clients. His focus is to provide accurate usable data that his clients can use, and not just from the day the reports are written, but harnessing the power of technology, providing solutions for years to come.
	Michael Flowers (Project Manager/CAD): With over 20 years experience in CAD and land surveying, Michael brings great attention to detail in all of our projects. His innovations have helped DTI provide the deliverables in a timely and professional manner.
